In Northern California, AAA policies are underwritten by CSAA Insurance Group. Glass claims are usually handled directly by CSAA — not routed through a third-party administrator, which makes the process faster than most carriers.

CSAA lets you open a glass claim by phone or through the AAA member app. The claim adjuster can dispatch directly to me — no glass-network middleman.
You need to be a CSAA auto insurance policyholder — not just a AAA travel/roadside member. Different products. If you have CSAA auto with comp, glass is $0.
The zero-deductible California rule applies specifically to windshields. Door glass and back glass are covered under comp but may have your standard comp deductible. Call and I'll confirm your situation.
